Symon Stamm

Director & Registered Professional Surveyor

Symon has been surveying in the Bay of Plenty for the last 30 years and formed Stamm Surveys in 1997. Since then Stamm Surveys Ltd has expanded, and completed numerous projects throughout the Bay of Plenty region, with a focus being work within the Rotorua District. Outside of work Symon can be found spending time with family or volunteering within the community. He enjoys the opportunity to get out on the water with his hand on the tiller and wind in the sails.

Bonnie Tuíuli-Stamm

Director

Symon’s wife Bonnie joined the company in 2005 and has been co-director with Symon since then. As well as contributing in strategic decisions Bonnie employs her natural talent as encourager and helps in staff events and administration. Bonnie has other work, spends time volunteering within the community, and also enjoys sailing.

Ron Grant

Senior Survey Technican

Ron joined the company in 2013 and has been surveying in the wider Bay of Plenty region for the past 40 years. He has been involved in all facets of Land Cadastral and Engineering Surveying. Within this time Ron has gained tremendous experience which is a valuable asset. Outside of work Ron and his family enjoy motorsports involving stock cars and trail biking. Ron’s qualification is an NZ Survey Technicians Certificate

DEVILLIERS BREDENHANN

SURVEYING TECHNICIAN

DeVilliers started working as a surveyor in 2008, since then he has built up a wide variety of surveying experience which later resulted in him owning a successful engineering surveying business, in South Africa. His experience includes environmental work, underground mining work, topographical surveys, precise engineering surveys and bulk earthworks projects. DeVilliers holds a National Diploma in Surveying which he obtained in 2012. DeVilliers enjoys a challenge and has found that in cadastral surveying. Outside of the office, DeVilliers and Landrie enjoy road trips, seeing new places, spending time with family, friends and their two children. Most things “outside” will draw their attention: cycling, being on the beach, camping

LANDRIE BREDENHANN

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Landrie completed a National Diploma in Building in 2010 and has worked as a quantity surveyor since then. She has gained a lot of experience working with various professionals and contractors, building relationships and teams that work efficiently. Other areas of expertise include health and safety management and marketing. She enjoys working with people and making sure things get done right the first time, and on time. Outside of the office, DeVilliers and Landrie enjoy road trips, seeing new places, spending time with family, friends and their two children. Stamm Surveys is proud to be affiliated with all New Zealand professional bodies and organisations, and we ensure that regular training and professional development is undertaken to keep in check with current legislation and best practices.

Licensed Cadastral Surveyor (LCS)

All surveyors who complete legal boundary surveys in New Zealand must by law be Licensed Cadastral Surveyors. This license must be renewed yearly and is controlled by a New Zealand Government Board. The license replaced the old ‘Registered Surveyor’ title.
